The Krimiraja company commenced its activities in the year 1949, and commemorated the golden jubilee in the year 1999. However it has now completed 75 years of successful performance with the popular product named Krimiraja karal guli(capsule shaped pills) which was welcomed by people. From thence this company is the only producer of Krimiraja karal guli. This remedy was the fundamental fact to begin krimiraja company later with advance.

The new company which is registered under the Number Ayur/Pro/6/2/1/01/07has been managed by a competent board of directors consisting of doctors specialized in the field of Ayurveda medicine with Deshamanya Prof.Dr. Sumanaratna Amaratunga as the manager of the company. He was graduated in D.S.A.C and B.A. He has also done a post graduate course in Ayurveda medicine at Gujarat university in Jamnagar India.

The company running under the guidance of doctor’s panel board. And now its production capacity over more than 300+ items. Every step in the process of preparation from the procurement of the collect raw materials required for the drugs up to the marketing of the final product is monitored closely and carefully by the board. Thus, the medicine is made clinically and analytically examined to ensure that they are efficacious with favorable responses from those who use the drugs. The company always has had competent and experienced personal in employment in every department.

At present, the company produces about 250 items of drugs. And they have been accepted as of high quality which fact has been established by the company has got license and certificate bearing No: ISO 9001:2008 and the GMP certificate. This Accreditation gives our company a pride of place and enhanced its reputation.

Alchemy or RASA drugs such as, Makaraddhwaja, Swarnawanga etc produced by the company are in great demand as more than 25 of such drugs, have been manufactured during the period of its service to the nation and thereby taken the lead in the field. The company has also been in the manufacture of various drugs such as: Arishta, Aasawa, Quath, Syrup, Paana(like beverage), Choorna(powders), Pills(vati), Guggulu(which contains with Gugul), Kalka(paste or confection), Rasayana(rejuvenation drugs), Modaka(like rasayana), Avaleha, Grita(drugs combined with Ghee), oils(Thaila) and Krimiraja special drugs etc. In the preparation of these drugs the company has combined both traditional and modern technological methodologies through the use of various machines.
